2. We'll inspect your equipment and fax you an itemized repair quote.
3. Once approved, we'll repair your instrument and send it back to you.

Before you send us your instrument, download an print this Adobe Acrobat PDF of our "Speed-Up" Repair Form, and fill it in with your information and a description of the problem you're having with your instrument:

Once you've completed the repair form as best as you can, package it with your instrument in a well padded and securely taped box and ship it to ESS, Inc. via UPS or FedEx to this address:
